1. Orders can be made by online shopping cart, phone, fax or email. You may also visit any of our outlets to cash-and-carry or place orders for home deliveries.
2. Prices are in Singapore currency, inclusive of 7% GST ( Goods & Services Tax ).
3. For overseas buyers, the published prices are FOB prices. However, as they enjoy GST exemption, 7% will be deducted from the purchase price. Overseas buyers will have to bear all additional costs/surcharges applicable in their own countries, i.e. freight charges, import duties, etc..
4. Prices quoted are primarily meant for this online store. Pricing policies may differ in our physical stores.

11. Orders can usually be delivered within 1 week, subject to stock availability.
12. Home demonstration of products can be conducted by our friendly delivery teams, with the following conditions :
A. Only by appointment with our sales staff
B. Limited to items that
i. Are portable
ii. Are non-customized
iii.Do not involve complicated operations
C. The standard delivery policies apply when the item is purchased
D. If the item is not purchased after demonstration, a fee of $30 is chargeable, which can be refunded in full if a purchase decision is made subsequently within 7 calendar days
Repair, Servicing & Warranty

14. Purchased Item Beyond Warranty - The customer will pay for all parts, transport and labour.
15. Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).
16. To enable quick identification of faults and parts, we strongly recommend that you send by Whatsapp pictures showing the defects in details, to 97551826.
17. Turnaround time - 3 days for items sent directly to our workshop at Tagore, 7 days for items sent to other Rehab Mart locations.
18. Rental Unit - Please refer to the terms and conditions under rental rates .
20. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion. A re-stocking fee of between 10-30%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged.
21. Defective goods are to be sent back to us for exchange within 3 days. Customers will have to bear the freight cost for the return.
22. Full refund of monies will be made via electronic fund transfer within seven days after an order has been cancelled or goods returned.
23. We make continual efforts to improve product quality and reserve the rights to change product specifications without prior notice.
