Assembly / User Instructions

You will need to provide a door with a thickness between 1-3/8'' to 1-5/8'' and a sturdy chair.

1. Position the overdoor bracket on the center, top edge of the door.

2. Secure pulley cord to handles and thread cord over both pulleys. Secure other ends, furthest from the door to in the center of the spreader bar.

3. Seat the individual directly below the overdoor pulley assembly. You can start using your hand to pull up and down as hand exercise.

Care Instructions

Clean with a soft cloth. If the product becomes wet, dry thoroughly.
