How to Use:

1. (Optional) Heat the Shampoo cap pack in the microwave for 15 seconds. (DO NOT OVERHEAT)
2. Open the pack and gentle place the Shampoo cap on the head
3. Gently massage hair and scalp for approximately 2 minutes
4. Remove cap and discard it immediately
