Return of Goods

1. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion, within 3 days. Goods to be returned are required to be unopened, unused and in their original condition. A re-stocking fee of between 10-30%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged. 
2. Defective goods are to be sent back to us for exchange within 3 days. Customers will have to bear the freight cost for the return.

3. Full refund of monies will be made via electronic fund transfer within seven days after an order has been cancelled or goods returned.
