Warranty & Servicing

Overview

1. Purchased Item Under Warranty - The customer will pay for transport only, if needed. 
   

2. Purchased Item Beyond Warranty - The customer will pay for all parts, transport and labour.

3. Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).

4. Logistics:

   • a description of faults

   • If you prefer on-the-spot servicing, please make an appointment with our sales staff.

5. Turnaround time - It takes 2-5 working days for job completion, depending on workload. It may take a longer time if parts are not available and need to be imported.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Product warranty (“Limited Warranty”) only applies to Greenstyle products (“Equipment”) purchased from Greenstyle Pte Ltd (“Greenstyle”) and used in Singapore, is valid only for the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Equipment and is not transferable.
2. Limited Warranty period: Wheelchairs and Beds - 1 year on frame. Alternating pressure pumps (not inclusive of mattress) - 6 months. Other electrical products - 1 year on electrical functions, unless otherwise specified.
3. Products are warranted against defective workmanship and materials. The defective Equipment or parts thereof covered under the warranty shall be repaired or replaced (with comparable and/or refurbished equipment or parts) as determined by Greenstyle in its sole discretion free of charge. Any insurance, handling, transportation, delivery and other incidental charges in respect of the servicing of the Equipment and for services beyond the scope of this warranty shall be borne by the Purchaser
4. Exclusions : Failure to follow our installation, operation, or maintenance instructions in our user manuals; Unauthorized product modification or alteration, abuse, misuse, use for non-intended purposes, negligent acts or omissions of Customer and persons under Customer’s control; Acts of third parties, acts of God, accident, fire, lighting, power surges or outages, or other hazards; Products whose serial number have been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible; Undeclared commercial or institutional use.
5. Warranty does not cover parts that can be naturally and inevitably damaged by normal wear-&-tear (e.g. wheels, tyres, brakes, upholstery, cushions, covers, connectors, switches/touch pads, coating and mechanisms for folding, detachment and adjustments, accessories and consumables (e.g. filters/sieves, tubes, wires, fuse & capacitors, LED/other lights) and transportation costs incurred.
6. Battery life, which is not warranted, very much depends on product configuration and usage, and can be drastically shortened if a battery is not charged or maintained strictly in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
7. Items replaced free of charge under warranty are covered by the original warranty (Warranty replacement does not extend the warranty period).
8. Paid replacement parts will be warranted in accordance with the warranty conditions associated with the parts. By default, a six-month warranty will be  accorded to paid replacement parts that do not come with explicit warranty conditions.
9. Unless otherwise specified, warranted items will have to be carried-in by customers during normal office hours. 
10. Warranty will only be valid if a dated proof of purchase is presented
