Repair, Servicing & Warranty

  1. Purchased Item Under Warranty - The customer will pay for transport only, if needed. Please click here for detailed warranty conditions.
  2. Purchased Item Beyond Warranty - The customer will pay for all parts, transport and labour.

  3. Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).

  4. Logistics:

    • the document reference number of your purchase, and

    • a description of faults

    • If you prefer on-the-spot servicing, please make an appointment with our sales staff.

  5. Turnaround time - It takes 2-5 working days for job completion, depending on workload. It may take a longer time if parts are not available and need to be imported.

  6. Rental Unit - If you need to rent a replacement unit while your item is being serviced, please refer to the terms and conditions under Rental Rates.
