Orders

1. Orders can be made by online shopping cart, phone, fax or email. You may also visit any of our outlets to cash-and-carry or place orders for home deliveries.

Pricing

1. Prices are in Singapore currency, inclusive of 9% GST (Goods & Services Tax).3. For overseas buyers, the published prices are FOB prices. However, as they enjoy GST exemption, 9% will be deducted from the purchase price. Overseas buyers will have to bear all additional costs/surcharges applicable in their own countries, i.e. freight charges, import duties, etc.4. Prices quoted are primarily meant for this online store. Pricing policies may differ in our physical stores.

Payment

1. At our physical retail stores, we accept CASH, NETS, VISA and MASTER cards.
2. For home deliveries and online orders, please pre-pay. If you prefer COD, a surcharge of $5 is applicable, for the additional trip incurred to send back the cash. Pre-payment can be made electronically by:

7. For all electronic and cheque payments, goods will only be released upon bank clearance.

8. Overseas payment is to be made by telegraphic transfer, with bank charges borne by customers.
