Delivery
1. We ship locally only.
2. Local delivery (Singapore mainland & non-CBD areas) charges. For overseas delivery, send your enquiry by email to mail@rehabmart.sg.
3. Orders can usually be delivered within 1 week, subject to stock availability.
Home Demonstration
4. Home demonstration of products can be conducted by our friendly delivery teams, with the following conditions:
- Only by appointment with our sales staff
- Limited to items that
i. Are portable
ii. Are non-customized
iii. Do not involve complicated operations - The standard delivery policies apply when the item is purchased
- If the item is not purchased after demonstration, a fee of $30 is chargeable, which can be refunded in full if a purchase decision is made subsequently within 7 calendar days
Repair, Servicing & Warranty
5. Purchased Item Under Warranty - The customer will pay for transport only, if needed Please click here for detailed warranty conditions.
6. Purchased Item Beyond Warranty - The customer will pay for all parts, transport and labour.
7. Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).
8. Logistics -

- If you prefer on-the-spot servicing, please make an appointment with our sales staff.
9. Turnaround time - It takes 2-5 working days for job completion, depending on workload. It may take a longer time if parts are not available and need to be imported.
10. Rental Unit - If you need to rent a replacement unit while your item is being serviced, please refer to the terms and conditions under Rental Rates
