For people who require a higher level of pressure management, the 3-1/2-inch thick ventilated Stimulite Contoured cushion, which weighs only 3-1/4 pounds, consists of multiple layers of flexible Stimulite honeycomb specifically engineered with soft and firm areas. A rear dish—featuring a “sweet spot,” a softer honeycomb that contains the ischials and coccyx—provides optimal pelvic positioning for improved posture and stability. Adductors and an abductor comfortably contain the legs, without impairing transferring.
